Our Process

A quick rundown on our process

All project details are confirmed with the artist and animator. At this point all payments will be calculated for the duration of the entire project.Upfront, 50% of the model art cost must be paid to the artist, and 20% of the rig cost must be paid to the animator. After these payments are complete, production of the model will begin.Clients will be updated at every step of the model illustration process.

Live2D SetupRevisions can be made at all steps to ensure the model is correct and to the liking of the client. Any major changes can only be made at the sketch stage. If any major changes are made further into the process It will incur an additional charge which would be discussed with the client beforehand.After completion of the model art, the remaining 50% of the model art cost must be paid to the artist. At this point the rigging process will begin, whereupon 30% of the rig cost must be paid to the animator.The client will be updated frequently throughout the process of the rig. At any point during this process the client may request any edits within reason.Notable updates include (in no particular order):
Head angle completion
Body angle completion
Physics completion
Expressions completion
Completion of any additional elements
Vtube Studio previewAt the completion of the model rig, the client must pay the remaining 50% of the rig cost to the animator. After the final transaction is completed, the Vtube Studio file will be distributed to the client.At this point the client has 2 weeks to request up to 2 rounds of additional edits. Any edits requested beyond these constraints will be an additional cost.

- All project applications must be sent via Google Forms. Questions/inquiries may be sent through Twitter DMs to either the artist or animator.- We reserve the right to refuse any project for any reason. We also reserve the right to withdraw from any project if the client exhibits unprofessional/inappropriate behavior.- All payments must be done via PayPal invoice.- Payments will be made in 5 parts total (Please see Our Process for more details)- Cancellations cannot be made once the project has started.- Depending on the complexity of the project, we may limit the amount of add-ons allowed in a single purchase.- We may charge an additional fee for elements requested after initial details have been confirmed.- Upon completion, the client will be provided with only the files necessary for Vtube Studio. PSDs and CMO3 files will only be distributed amongst the artist and animator. PNGs will be provided upon request. Under certain circumstances, we may be willing to release PSDs and CMO3s at an additional charge.- Revisions throughout the process are allowed within reason. We allow 2 additional rounds of edits up to 2 weeks after completion of a model.- We are not responsible for misinterpretations if the client fails to clarify the specifics of what they want. Additional charges may apply depending on the scale of edits necessary.- We do not allow NSFW model art. Suggestive model art may be discussed.- Pocket Studio's artist and animator must be visibly credited on the client's social media.- We do not allow nor associate with NFTs and Crypto-related materials.
